This smoothie is simple, but so tasty! My all-time favorite smoothie.

4 frozen banana halves (2 bananas)
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup walnuts
2 tablespoons real maple syrup

Blend until smooth! This recipe yields 2 cups, or 500ml.
