Banana Peach Smoothie
2 ripe bananas
2 handfuls frozen peach
1/8 tsp ground ginger
milk to nearly cover
Blend until smooth.
In retrospect, the banana was too prevalent – it covered much of the peach flavor. I’d tone it back to 1 banana in the future (preferably frozen
)
2 c frozen cranberries
1 c frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 c milk
2 tbsp honey
7 prunes

Blend ingredients, serve.

In retrospect, the banana does not belong here. The yogurt and banana are conflicting “creamy” ingredients – and the yogurt should win in this recipe. Good for a breakfast smoothie, or a hearty dessert after a light supper.
Enjoy!

Pineapple Delight Smoothie
2c milk
2 bananas (frozen!)
6 pineapple rings (appx 1/2 fresh pineapple)
1 tbsp honey

Add to blender, softer ingredients on bottom.

And serve.

I wasn’t a huge fan of this smoothie, but Mrs Fox thought it was plenty tasty.
Thoughts?
Enjoy!

This smoothie is simple, but so tasty! My all-time favorite smoothie.
4 frozen banana halves (2 bananas)
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup walnuts
2 tablespoons real maple syrup
Blend until smooth! This recipe yields 2 cups, or 500ml.
